This minimally invasive procedure involves creating tiny microchannels in your skin to enhance absorption of our skin-revitalizing serums. While you might feel a slight prickly sensation during the treatment, rest assured that your comfort is our utmost priority.

Post-procedure, your skin may exhibit some redness similar to mild sunburn, but this subsides quickly within 24-48 hours. We will provide detailed aftercare instructions and recommend appropriate AlumierMD skincare products to amplify and maintain the results of your treatment.

At The Narra Clinic, we give utmost importance to pre and post-care for our Microchanneling service to achieve the best possible results. 

Before the treatment, ensure your skin is free from any makeup, lotions, or creams. Please avoid direct sun exposure, using retinoids or alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) for at least 5 days before, and do not undergo any form of skin treatment two weeks prior. 

Post-treatment care involves keeping your skin clean and avoiding harsh or abrasive products. Please refrain from sun exposure and remember to use a sunscreen of at least SPF 30. Avoid strenuous activity, swimming, or any other actions that may cause excessive perspiration on the day of the treatment. 

Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy diet - this will accelerate the healing process. Consistently moisturise your skin with a recommended moisturiser to keep it sufficiently hydrated and apply a gentle cleanser as needed.
